At Ark Junction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ark Junction account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely repack the item in its original box with all protective inserts, hardware, and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
